Flux
I've decided not to be discouraged. My stats have remained the same and I did spin twice last week. So, this week's number just means my body is in flux.

Tips
TIP: Instead of hot chocolate, make a vanilla steamer. Use 8oz. skim milk, 2 packets of Splenda and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. I use my hot chocolate maker to make the milk hot and foamy. Calories: 97, Carbs 12.6. Fat .6, Protien 8.7
